Our clinic delivers specialised Clinical Exercise Physiology services for cardiac and orthopaedic rehabilitation, with a specialty focus on hip and knee rehabilitation.

Cardiac Rehabilitation
We provide structured cardiac rehabilitation following heart attacks, cardiac surgery and other cardiac procedures, as well as for patients managing heart failure and ongoing cardiovascular disease. Programs are guided by cardiovascular assessment, exercise testing and individual risk, with progressive aerobic and resistance training used to improve cardiorespiratory fitness, functional capacity and long-term cardiovascular health.

Orthopaedic Rehabilitation — Hip & Knee
We work with patients preparing for or recovering from hip and knee surgery, including total knee and hip replacement and ACL reconstruction, plus osteoarthritis and general non surgical musculoskeletal hip and knee injuries.

Specialized Clinical exercise Physiology services

At Cardiomotion Rehabilitation, we believe rehabilitation should do more than address an isolated injury or condition. The goal is to improve your overall strength, aerobic fitness, physical capacity and tolerance to load, so you can get back to the things you want to do.

Adrian holds a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science and a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology, with a strong interest in strength and conditioning, aerobic conditioning and their application to rehabilitation.

His approach is built around progressive exercise rehabilitation, combining strength and conditioning with aerobic training to improve muscular strength, cardiovascular fitness and overall physical capacity. These fundamental training principles are adapted to the individual, their condition and where they are in their recovery.

Whether recovering from cardiovascular disease, surgery or a musculoskeletal condition, the aim is to progressively build the strength and aerobic capacity required for everyday life, exercise, training and the activities you want to return to.
